We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team as a Part-Time Industrial Injury Prevention Specialist. This position is ideal for professionals seeking flexible, gig-based work to supplement their income. You will work directly with client site management and safety teams to evaluate risks, deliver ergonomic training, and coach employees on injury prevention and pain reduction strategies.
Your day will involve traveling to varying work settings, from industrial environments to private office spaces, where all therapy supplies are provided. In this role, you will guide employees on proper body mechanics and self-care techniques, provide hands-on deep tissue therapy to enhance performance, and maintain detailed records of your work. You will also gather feedback through employee surveys and communicate progress with client teams and DORN management on a weekly or monthly basis.
