We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Aide to join our fast-paced, multi-disciplinary clinic. This unique position bridges the gap between clinical and administrative functions, ensuring seamless patient care and an outstanding patient experience.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. Your day will involve greeting patients warmly, managing front desk duties like check-ins and appointment coordination, and preparing treatment rooms for therapy sessions. You will assist providers by taking vitals, collecting medical histories, and supporting therapies such as heat, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic ultrasound. Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional environment is paramount, requiring you to sanitize equipment and surfaces between every patient.
Success in this role means working collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth patient flow, handling administrative tasks with urgency, and treating every patient with professionalism and empathy.

Prior experience in a healthcare, physical therapy, or chiropractic office; Training in basic vital signs and therapy assistance; CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
