About the Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for the entrepreneurial type looking to grow a business without having to do it alone. This role serves as a hybrid physical therapist and clinical director position with significant potential for upward growth, advancement, and eventual ownership.
We are independently owned and operated while leveraging the strengths and resources of a national organization. We are dedicated to your career growth and advancement. This new location will be the first of ten locations planned within the next five years, and we are looking for a Physical Therapist who is eager to grow with us across all future locations.
About the Role
You will lead a new clinic location, providing dedicated one-on-one care to patients in 45-minute blocks. The role involves performing new-patient evaluations, diagnosing conditions, and creating comprehensive treatment plans for patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk issues. Beyond clinical duties, you will assist with marketing efforts to establish the clinic's presence in the community.
You will enjoy the freedom to schedule visits to allow for individualized one-on-one treatment and documentation time. The position offers extensive mentorship, training, and continuing education from leading Physical Therapists, physicians, and successful private practice owners, including access to FYZICAL's proprietary vestibular continuing education and credentialing (Level I, II, and III).
