- check_circleEducate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies
- check_circleCollaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care

Requirements
- verifiedActive state Physical Therapist (PT) license
- verifiedDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent entry-level PT degree
- verifiedCurrent BLS/CPR certification
- verifiedClinical experience in outpatient orthopedics and/or sports rehab
- verifiedKnowledge of evidence-based PT practice guidelines
- verifiedAbility to use EMR systems for clinical documentation
