About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will serve as a vital partner in the care continuum, evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs designed to improve mobility, function, and quality of life for diverse patient populations.
Your day will involve collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to develop comprehensive care plans. You will document care accurately in the EMR, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and provide essential education to patients and their families regarding home exercise programs, safety, and prevention. This position offers the opportunity to mentor rehab staff and students while contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the department.
