About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will serve as a vital partner in restoring function, reducing pain, and improving mobility for diverse patient populations. You will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Your day will involve delivering evidence-based interventions, educating patients and families on home exercise programs and safety, and accurately documenting care in the EMR. Beyond clinical duties, you will actively contribute to quality and safety initiatives and participate in interdisciplinary case discussions, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
