We provide a full range of outpatient services for clients with orthopedic problems, work-related injuries, sport injuries, and neuromuscular and neurological conditions.
About the Role
This hybrid position invites you to ignite your career as a Digital Health Specialist, bridging the gap between in-clinic care and the digital world. You will work 3 days in person at a CORA clinic and 2 days remotely, providing digital health services that include virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring.
In this role, you serve as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. You will develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population, utilizing cutting-edge software to objectively measure outcomes. Your day-to-day involves efficiently documenting evaluations and treatments while using our digital platform to deliver telehealth visits, including assessments and treatment plan development. You will also perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, engaging in interactive communication to monitor patient progress.
Beyond direct patient care, you will actively participate in the development of the digital health program. You will work closely with operations to meet staffing needs, communicate treatment revisions to primary clinicians, and maintain regular reporting on regional service metrics. Additionally, you will support marketing efforts to optimize and grow remote services under the guidance of the Director of Digital Health.
Hiring Process
Candidates must hold a license in any compact state and be willing to obtain licensure in other states as needed. The role requires a diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and a dedication to providing exceptional quality of care.
