About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team and deliver high-quality rehabilitation services. In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs designed to reduce pain and improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and their families.
Your day will involve conducting thorough physical therapy evaluations and developing tailored treatment plans that address orthopedic, neurologic, and functional needs. Beyond clinical interventions, you will play a vital role in patient and family education, empowering them with knowledge on home exercise programs, safety, and condition management. As a member of our team, you will also participate in quality improvement initiatives, safety rounds, and mentorship opportunities for support staff and students, all while adhering to the highest regulatory and ethical standards.
