About the Role
We are seeking passionate, licensed Physical Therapists to deliver exceptional one-on-one care to older adults right where they live. Through our signature Geriatric House Calls model, you will treat patients in private residences and within Senior Living Communities, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Your work will directly help patients improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.
This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy and flexibility. You will enjoy the freedom to create and manage your own treatment schedule while building strong, lasting relationships with your patients. To further enhance flexibility and continuity of care, you may incorporate telehealth and other forms of virtual care into your practice, allowing you to support more patients effectively.
