We are currently growing our team in Brentwood, TN, to deliver exceptional one-on-one care to older adults right where they live.
About the Role
As a Physical Therapist with FOX, you will join our signature Geriatric House Calls™ model, treating patients in private residences or within Senior Living Communities. This position is designed for clinicians who value autonomy and flexibility, offering the freedom to create and manage your own treatment schedule while building strong, lasting patient relationships.
You will help patients improve mobility, independence, and quality of life through a one-on-one care model that allows you to truly connect with each individual. The role supports a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment where you will work alongside PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists. Additionally, you may incorporate telehealth and other forms of virtual care into your schedule to improve continuity of care and support more patients.
