About the Role
Life Care Centers is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation services primarily to senior residents within our facility. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver skilled interventions designed to restore function, reduce pain, and promote maximum independence and quality of life.
You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team—including nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social services, and physicians—to coordinate comprehensive patient-first care in a family-focused environment. As part of Life Care Centers of America, you will contribute to a culture centered on quality outcomes, dignity, and respect, while following all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards.
This position offers the opportunity to grow professionally through collaboration, mentorship, and exposure to a wide variety of clinical conditions common in geriatric and post-acute rehabilitation.
