As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care within acute care, outpatient, and home health settings. Working under the supervision of licensed physical therapists, you will provide essential treatments using modalities, manual techniques, and exercise protocols. Your day will involve guiding patients through functional activities such as bed mobility, transfers, gait training, and balance exercises, ensuring they receive the support needed to regain independence.
In this position, you will operate with minimal supervision and may have the opportunity to mentor and train staff on technical skills. You will also be responsible for observing patient responses, documenting interventions accurately, and educating patients and caregivers on their treatment plans.

Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience. Two years' technical experience. Experience in therapy in an acute care environment, acute therapy unit and/or out patient setting.
Skills: Physical Therapy, Modalities, Manual Techniques, Exercise Techniques, Bed Mobility, Transfers, Gait, Balance Activities, Physical Therapy Assistant Licensure, CPR.
Education: High School Education/GED required; Associate's/Technical Degree preferred.
