About the Role
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will plan and deliver specialized therapy techniques through individual or group sessions to meet the goals outlined in Individual Education Plans (IEP). You will provide therapy to children aged 0 to 22 with various medical diagnoses, including orthopedic impairments and developmental disorders. Your work involves collaborating with classroom teachers to integrate therapy into classroom-based activities and partnering with a Physical Therapist to discuss and refine treatment plans. You will also engage with parents to incorporate their child's therapy program into daily routines while maintaining accurate documentation for all student sessions and progress.
