As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Working alongside the Physical Therapist, you will help develop and implement personalized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion. Your day-to-day involves administering therapeutic exercises, monitoring resident progress, and documenting outcomes to ensure the highest standard of care.
This position requires a compassionate, patient-centered approach as you educate residents and their families on proper at-home techniques. You will be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team, coordinating care to support the well-being of those in our skilled nursing and assisted living communities.
You will work a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed. The role includes floating to the Lorien Bel Air Assisted Living/Independent Living facility to support team needs across locations.
Candidates must possess an Associate's degree in a Physical Therapist Assistant program and a current state license.
