About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will serve as a vital partner in the patient journey, utilizing your clinical reasoning to evaluate individuals and develop individualized treatment plans. Your work will directly impact patients' mobility, function, and overall quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Day-to-day, you will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care. Beyond clinical treatment, you will play an educational role, guiding patients and their families on home exercise programs, safety protocols, and long-term rehabilitation goals. You will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives, ensuring we uphold the highest standards of care within our organization.
