As a Physical Therapist within our Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will play a vital role in restoring function, reducing pain, and improving mobility for diverse patient populations. This position is designed for a compassionate clinician who thrives in an interdisciplinary setting, working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
In this role, you will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to unique needs. Your day will involve delivering hands-on therapy, educating patients and families on long-term management and safety, and ensuring accurate documentation within our EMR systems. You will also actively participate in discharge planning and quality improvement initiatives, contributing to clinical best practices that enhance patient outcomes.
