About the Role
In this position, you will evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based rehabilitation programs designed to help patients restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Your day-to-day involves performing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering interventions to enhance strength, balance, and functional independence. You will also play a key role in educating patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and prevention, while supervising and mentoring support staff as appropriate.
