We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional rehabilitative care across our hospitals and clinics. In this role, you will be instrumental in restoring mobility, function, and quality of life for our patients. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate seamless patient care.
Your day will involve delivering evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function, while educating patients and their families on home exercise programs, safety, and recovery expectations. You will also play a key role in discharge planning to ensure safe transitions of care and maintain accurate documentation in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
