- check_circleComplete clinical notes thoroughly and in a timely manner to ensure collaborative care
- check_circleParticipate in monthly meetings to identify challenges and improve clinic operations

- check_circleEvaluate and diagnose patients while developing individualized rehabilitation goals
Requirements
- verifiedNew Jersey Physical Therapist License Required
