About the Role
As a Physical Therapist with SportsMed, you will evaluate and diagnose patients while developing individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans. You will deliver exceptional, evidence-based patient care across outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation populations. A key part of your day involves maintaining high levels of communication with chiropractors, acupuncturists, occupational therapists, and other providers to ensure seamless, quality patient care.
Beyond direct patient treatment, you will participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges, improve clinic operations, and achieve clinic goals. You will also support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives focused on patient outcomes. We offer a structured clinical career ladder with clear opportunities for advancement into senior clinical, leadership, and regional roles, along with opportunities to serve as a Clinical Instructor for student mentorship.
