In this position, you will serve as a pivotal member of our clinical team, responsible for assessing patients and developing comprehensive treatment plans based on evaluation results. You will review physician referrals and patient medical records to determine the necessary physical therapy interventions, ensuring care aligns with established protocols and guidelines.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing direct patient care, implementing physical therapy treatment programs, and overseeing the care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians. You will be tasked with documenting findings, progress, and instructions for patients and caregivers, while also ensuring timely completion of daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports. Effective communication with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies is essential to your success in this role.
