We are opening a new location in Little Rock and are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our community-based team. In this role, you will provide medically prescribed physical therapy treatment to patients recovering from injuries, deconditioning, or diseases affecting muscles, nerves, joints, and bones. Your primary goal is to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
You will serve as a vital member of the rehabilitation treatment team, collaborating closely with physicians, staff, families, and community resources to ensure the effectiveness of each patient's care plan. Your day will involve evaluating participants through appropriate procedures, developing and administering individualized written treatment programs, and communicating needs to the broader team. You will also play an active role in the clinic's growth by participating in clinical meetings, attending programmatic conferences, and contributing to policy setting. Additionally, you will provide supervision to PTAs and interns, assist in orientation programs for new staff and students, and lead in-service training as requested.
