Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupport the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations across outlets and banquet production
- check_circleSupervise, coach, and develop line cooks, prep cooks, and stewards
- check_circleAssist with scheduling to align with business levels and labor targets
- check_circleEnsure strict adherence to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- check_circleAssist with ordering, inventory management, and vendor coordination
- check_circleAssist in menu development and ensure consistent recipe and plating execution
- check_circleLead kitchen shifts and act as chef in charge during the Executive Chef's absence
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 3–5 years of progressive culinary experience
- verifiedPrior leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen required
- verifiedServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
Nice to Have
Experience in an upscale or luxury hotel environment. Experience with banquet production and multi-outlet operations.
