The Philanthropy Data and Reporting Analyst serves as a strategic partner in optimizing how we understand and engage our donors. In this role, you will develop and report on critical metrics using Blackbaud CRM and third-party applications. You will actively collaborate with the current PRM data analyst and database users across our healthcare system to evolve and optimize CRM reports, ensuring they effectively evaluate office, campaign, and fundraiser performance.
Working in sync with the Blackbaud CRM team, you will extract, validate, and present donor and donor pipeline information. Your insights will report on donor relations efforts from every perspective, directly enhancing leadership's decision-making and analytical capabilities. This position reports into the Senior Director, Prospect and Donor Research.
This position is eligible for fully remote status. However, if the candidate is based in the Tampa, FL area, the role will be hybrid, featuring a mix of remote and onsite work.
