Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePromote trust and respect among associates and customers
- check_circleAnswer customer questions regarding products sold within the department
- check_circleAccurately input patient and prescription information into the pharmacy system
- check_circleDispense correct medications and bag filled prescriptions for customers
- check_circleAccept and interpret oral and written prescriptions accurately for fill or refill
- check_circleProvide immunizations under the supervision of the pharmacist
- check_circleMaintain a safe and clean department environment
- check_circleCompare and check incoming orders and stock them properly
- check_circleGain knowledge of pharmaceutical products and discuss them with customers
- check_circleProvide drug counseling and over-the-counter medication recommendations
- check_circleContact prescribers' offices for authorization and process third-party insurance
- check_circleNotify management of accidents, prescription incidents, or safety risks
