About the Role
As a Pharmacy Warehouse Packaging Lead, you will serve as a vital link within our Automation Production Support team. In this position, you will support Supervisors and Managers by coordinating and training warehouse pharmacy packaging technicians across the Closed-Door Central Fill Pharmacy. Your day-to-day impact involves overseeing critical operations including canister replenishment, manual prescription fulfillment, packaging, and shipping.
This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to lead by example. You will be responsible for maintaining a consistent presence on the production floor to monitor operations, ensuring daily production goals are met while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Compensation & Benefits
Full-time Team Members enjoy a competitive compensation package including $21.00/hour plus a $2.00/hour shift incentive for 2nd shift start times. Additional perks include weekly pay, a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k), team member discounts, and a quarterly perfect attendance bonus of up to $2,200 annually.
Requirements & Availability
To succeed in this role, candidates must have open availability for a mix of 1st and 2nd shift start times, including every third weekend. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and eligible to obtain registration as a pharmacy technician with the applicable state board of pharmacy. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and utilize power equipment for loading and unloading truck deliveries.
