About the Role

As a Pharmacy Technician at Williamson Health, you will play a vital role in our patient care team, assisting pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications while maintaining accurate drug inventory and records. Working under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, you will ensure the safe and efficient operation of the hospital pharmacy.

Your day will involve a dynamic mix of sterile and non-sterile compounding, handling hazardous medications, and operating advanced pharmacy automation systems. You will serve patients across the full spectrum of care, from neonatal and pediatric to geriatric and oncology, ensuring pharmaceutical needs are met with precision and compassion. This role requires the ability to adapt to a high-stress environment, manage frequent interruptions, and foster a supportive team culture by assisting colleagues and participating in the orientation of new team members.
