A-Line Staffing is currently recruiting for a Pharmacy Technician position in West Sacramento, CA. The position is structured as a Contract to Hire arrangement, allowing candidates to demonstrate their skills in a high-volume automated refill setting with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.
The Role
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will operate under the supervision of a Pharmacist in a fast-paced production environment. Your primary focus will be accurately and efficiently filling prescription requests, preparing, packaging, and distributing medications. The role requires maintaining a continuous workflow to meet daily production goals while working productively both independently and as part of a team. You will handle repetitive tasks with acute attention to detail, ensuring patient safety and privacy by adhering to federal and state HIPAA laws and standard pharmacy procedures.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring 40+ hours per week. The schedule includes:
- Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Monday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Tuesday – Thursday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Note: Training will be conducted Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM for the first two weeks.

Requirements
