About the Role
The Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) serves as a critical bridge between patients, their physicians, and our clinical team. In this role, you will ensure that new and existing patients receive the best possible customer service regarding their drug prescriptions, clinical services, billing inquiries, and delivery scheduling.
Your day will involve managing a high volume of interactions via phone, email, fax, and direct contact. You will coordinate patient care by verifying information, assessing supply needs, and communicating shipment details. A key part of your responsibility is maintaining professional relationships and resolving claims or complaints fairly and effectively. You will also act as a liaison to pharmacists, alerting them to changes in patient conditions, compliance issues, or side effects to ensure timely clinical intervention.
Hiring Process
Successful candidates will undergo a background process that includes a drug screen prior to employment. This process covers both medical and recreational marijuana use in accordance with company policy.
