A-Line Staffing is currently recruiting for a Pharmacy Technician position within the Memphis, TN area. This role offers the unique opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 company with significant potential for career growth. The position is full-time, requiring 40+ hours per week.
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will serve as a vital support to the Pharmacist within a Central Fill pharmacy environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a blend of manual and automated tasks, including manual entry, picking, and replenishing products. You will operate automated sorting and counting equipment, fill bottles and cells with prescribed tablets and capsules, and apply prescription labels to bottles and boxes. Additionally, you will assist in preparing and dispensing medications, receiving and storing incoming supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory records through data entry. The role requires strict adherence to all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA.
The position requires a full-time commitment with a specific schedule designed to support pharmacy operations:
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days of employment.
