About the Role
This opportunity is designed for pharmacy students to assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining drug inventory, and managing patient records. Working strictly under the supervision of a registered pharmacist, you will contribute to the effective operation of the Pharmacy Department without performing duties reserved exclusively for licensed pharmacists.
The role requires the ability to handle pressure to meet deadlines with high accuracy, manage constantly changing situations, and interact effectively with a variety of people. You will be expected to navigate stressful environments and handle conflict professionally while adhering to all licensing board regulations and Benefis Health System policies.
Application Instructions
Certification as an Intern by the Montana Board of Pharmacy is required. Enrollment in an accredited school of pharmacy or graduation from such is also required, with prior pharmacy intern experience preferred.
