This position serves as the clinical and operational anchor of the pharmacy, transforming the traditional transactional model into a personalized, interpersonal healthcare experience. You will provide empathetic consulting to patients regarding medication effectiveness, drug interactions, and preventive care, while overseeing the accurate compounding, review, and dispensing of prescriptions in strict adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Beyond clinical duties, you will lead the pharmacy team to ensure efficient workflow, financial performance, and inventory management. By fostering a culture of care and inclusivity, you will guide staff in anticipating patient needs and delivering a distinctive, joyful experience. This role is pivotal in shifting the pharmacy's focus toward comprehensive health services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and disease state management, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
