About the Role
This position serves as the clinical and operational anchor of the pharmacy, transforming the traditional transactional model into an interpersonal healthcare experience. You will provide empathetic consulting services to patients, ensuring the effective use of medications and awareness of drug interactions while delivering preventive and clinical services such as immunizations, diagnostic testing, and disease state management.
Beyond clinical duties, you will manage the efficiency of the pharmacy workflow, oversee inventory, and drive financial performance. A key part of your day involves mentoring and developing pharmacy staff through focused coaching, formal performance management, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and care. You will act as a bridge between the pharmacy, the local medical community, and the broader store team, ensuring that every patient interaction reflects our commitment to health and wellness.
