This position serves as a vital bridge between clinical expertise and patient care, transforming the pharmacy experience from a purely transactional interaction into a personalized, interpersonal healthcare journey. You will provide empathetic consulting services to patients, guiding them on the effective use of medications, drug interactions, and preventive care. Beyond dispensing prescriptions, you will lead clinical initiatives such as immunizations, diagnostic testing, and disease state management, ensuring patients receive comprehensive health support.
In this role, you will manage the daily rhythm of the pharmacy, overseeing workflow efficiency, inventory, and financial performance while fostering a culture of safety and compliance. You will act as a mentor and leader for your team, driving professional development through coaching, training, and performance management. By collaborating with the Store Manager and the local medical community, you will identify strategic opportunities to expand health and wellness awareness, ensuring the pharmacy remains a trusted hub for the community it serves.
