About the Role

This position serves as the clinical and operational anchor of the pharmacy, transforming the traditional transactional model into an interpersonal healthcare experience. You will provide empathetic consulting services to patients, guiding them on effective medication use, drug interactions, and preventive care. Beyond dispensing, you will lead the delivery of clinical and wellness services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and disease state management.

In this role, you will manage the entire pharmacy workflow, ensuring accuracy in compounding, verification, and billing while maintaining strict compliance with state and federal regulations. You will also foster a culture of excellence by mentoring staff, driving performance management, and collaborating with the Store Manager to identify strategic business opportunities. Your work directly impacts the financial health of the pharmacy and the well-being of the local community.
