About the Role
In this position, you will provide and train others to deliver exceptional customer service, helping people live healthier lives by treating our customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner. You will be responsible for providing a safe, clean, and inclusive environment, acting as a responsible member of the community, and ensuring the right products, services, and care are provided at the right time with fair and accurate pricing.

Your role involves providing direct patient intervention by delivering health and wellness services and experiences relevant to the patient, strictly in accordance with state and federal laws. As a leader, you will serve as the primary representative for store-wide meetings and huddles, leading by example to ensure the execution of department standards.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide direct patient intervention with health and wellness services consistent with state and federal laws
- check_circleOversee scheduling and station rotation for hourly staff based on labor forecasts
- check_circleServe as the primary representative for store-wide meetings and huddles
- check_circleAct as the pharmacy safety subject matter expert to identify opportunities and coach staff
- check_circleEnsure execution of department standards by leading by example and delegating tasks as necessary
- check_circleProvide a stellar customer experience while accurately completing reception, data entry, and product dispensing
- check_circleManage inventory including reconciling orders, returns, and physical inventory preparation
- check_circleTrain and mentor new hire technicians through day-to-day support and the training program
- check_circlePrepare for and support offsite business-to-business clinics such as biometric screenings and vaccinations
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED
- verified1 year or more of Pharmacy Tech experience
- verifiedPharmacy Technician Certification
- verifiedMust be willing and able to adequately perform all essential job functions and tasks of a Pharmacy Senior Certified Technician
- verifiedMaintain a current state registration, certification, or license depending on state requirements
Nice to Have
1 year or more of previous experience in a management or supervisory role
