About the Role

Located at Ascension St. Agnes in Baltimore, MD, this Inpatient Pharmacy position offers a dynamic opportunity to serve within a rotating full-time schedule. As a Pharmacist, you will be the guardian of medication safety and efficacy, ensuring the precise selection, dosing, and administration of medication orders. Your role extends beyond dispensing; you will review medication profiles to identify, prevent, and resolve potential or actual drug-related problems while overseeing the compounding and dispensing of medications.

In addition to clinical duties, you will serve as a clinical preceptor, guiding pharmacy students through academic rotations and training. You will also deliver patient counseling to ensure medication adherence and a clear understanding of therapeutic goals, directly impacting patient outcomes in our inpatient setting.
