The Pharmacy Manager oversees the daily operations of the pharmacy department, serving as the accountable leader for workflow management, clinical patient care, and continuous quality improvement. This role is critical in ensuring strict adherence to internal policies and external regulatory bodies while driving pharmacy sales and managing inventory. Beyond operational efficiency, the position is dedicated to protecting department assets and cultivating an image of excellence through accurate prescription fulfillment and the highest level of customer service for patients, providers, and payer partners.
You will manage the daily rhythm of the pharmacy, ensuring that department personnel provide hospitable, courteous, and efficient service.
