About the Role
As a Rover pet sitter or dog walker, you provide essential care services to pets in need. Your role involves a variety of tasks including dog walking, drop-in visits, feeding pets, refilling water, cleaning litter boxes, picking up waste, and providing companionship. You also offer overnight pet sitting services when requested by pet owners.
How You Work
You manage your own schedules and service rates directly through the Rover platform. Communication with pet owners is a key part of the job; you will send updates and photos to keep them informed about their pets' well-being. You have the autonomy to set your own rates and operate independently as a pet care provider.
