About the Role

We are seeking experienced pet care professionals to join our team as Pet Care Specialists. This role is designed for individuals who love to learn and want to make a daily difference in the lives of others. You will visit clients' homes to care for their companions while they are at work or on vacation, providing services such as dog walking, pet sitting, and overnight care for dogs, cats, and other small animals.

In this position, you will exercise dogs, provide love and attention, handle feeding and medication, and manage litter boxes. After each visit, you will leave a detailed note for the client. The role offers a flexible schedule where you make your own availability, though consistent jobs are most frequent between 10:00 AM and 3:30 PM. You will work independently with strong communication skills, potentially taking your own dog to work on applicable assignments.

Compensation & Culture

We believe in rewarding our team for their dedication. Compensation includes an hourly rate ($16–$18 depending on experience) plus mileage and gratuities, or a per-visit pay option. Beyond pay, you will enjoy the satisfaction of working outdoors with dogs or indoors with cats, along with birthday, holiday, and referral bonuses.
