As a Pet Care Assistant at Banfield Pet Hospital, you will be an integral part of the veterinary medical team, dedicated to providing and preparing for the highest quality medical care for pets. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every interaction is delivered in a happy, welcoming, friendly, and efficient manner. By fostering positive experiences, you directly influence client satisfaction, encouraging them to return and refer their friends and families to our care.
You will work closely with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to maintain the flow of our Cycle of Service. This involves more than just clinical support; you will serve as a key point of contact for client education regarding preventive care and Optimum Wellness Plans, while also providing compassionate updates on the status of hospitalized pets. Your presence helps create a supportive environment where both pets and their owners feel valued and cared for.
