About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Dog Lodge Kennel Tech, serving as the welcoming face of our facility. This role is centered around the Welcome Desk, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and the operational hub for daily check-ins, check-outs, appointment scheduling, and payments.
The position exists to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every pet and owner who walks through our doors. You will be the first person clients see, setting the tone for their visit while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Your day will involve managing the flow of guests, handling pets with care, and calming anxious animals to ensure a stress-free environment. Beyond the desk, you will actively support our kennel and grooming staff, keeping the Dog Lodge in tip-top shape and ensuring smooth coordination between all departments.
