About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pest Control Technician to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide essential pest control services across a diverse range of environments, including commercial businesses, residential buildings, restaurants, schools, and other establishments. The ideal candidate is an independent professional with excellent communication skills who is comfortable spending time on the road delivering high-quality service.
Schedule & Compensation
This position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, typically from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility of up to one hour depending on daily stop locations. No weekend work is required. Compensation includes a competitive salary or hourly rate paid weekly, along with a comprehensive benefits package featuring 13 days of paid vacation/personal time and 5 days of paid sick leave. Additional incentives include commissions for selling home plans and clean truck contests. A company vehicle and fuel card are provided to support your daily operations.
