About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Personal Trainer to join our team at Mercy HealthPlex - West Clermont, managed by HealthFitness in Batavia, Ohio. If you are passionate about helping others move, feel, and live better, this part-time opportunity (approximately 10 hours per week) is a great way to make an impact while doing what you love.
In this role, you will design customized workout programs and train members based on their specific needs. You will conduct fitness testing and assessments, advise participants on their results, and provide one-on-one personal training. Additionally, you will educate members about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment.
Hiring Process
Candidates must hold a current Personal Training certification from an industry-recognized and HealthFitness-approved provider. Current Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute are required within 30 days of hire. Applicants must also demonstrate the ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems.
