About the Role
As a Brand Ambassador and Personal Trainer, you represent Crunch Franchise by delivering a positive fitness experience that drives member retention and client acquisition. Your mission is to make reaching fitness goals achievable through comprehensive guidance on resistance and cardio-respiratory training, nutritional education, and lifestyle coaching.
You will spend the majority of your time (70%) creating outstanding initial experiences for introductory package clients and designing personalized fitness programs. The remaining time is dedicated to serving the broader club community by instructing members on equipment usage, assisting with fitness seminars, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. You are expected to uphold the Crunch Franchise core values of T.R.A.I.N.: Timely, Ready, Attentive, Inspiring, and Noble.

This role requires exclusive dedication to Crunch Franchise. As a team member, you must adhere to a strict conflict of interest policy that prohibits conducting personal training sessions or performing related duties independently or at any other company, including other health clubs, studios, or private residences. This ensures your full focus remains on delivering the highest quality service to our members.
Hiring Process
Candidates are evaluated based on their knowledge, skills, and abilities, with a preference for those holding a Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications from organizations such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, or NSCA. While personal training experience is preferred, it is not required for all applicants. Successful candidates must possess current CPR certification and the physical ability to perform daily duties, including lifting weights and prolonged standing.
