About the Role

As a Loan Sales Specialist, you will empower customers by listening to their needs and providing access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses. In this position, you will engage with customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. You will manage the loan lifecycle, presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs and clearly educating them on loan terms and optional insurance products. Your ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic demands will ensure timely and efficient service while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Location and Schedule

This is an on-site position located in our community branches. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
