The Role

In this position, you will manage the life cycle of loans, engaging with customers through multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. You will present tailored solutions based on customer needs, clearly educate them on loan terms and optional insurance products, and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Your ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic demands will ensure timely and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations.

Location and Schedule

This is an on-site position located at our community branches. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturdays.
