About the Role

As a Loan Sales Specialist, you will empower customers by listening to their needs and providing access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses. In this position, you will engage with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions based on their unique needs. You will manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while ensuring strict compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Your day will involve educating customers on loan terms and optional insurance products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their options. You will interact with customers and internal departments through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.

Location and Schedule: This is an on-site position located in our community branches. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
