As a Personal Care Assistant, Medication Technician, or Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be the face of our care team during the overnight shift. Your day involves more than just completing tasks; you will be the primary point of contact for residents calling for assistance, observing their well-being, and reporting changes to the nursing staff. You will support residents through their daily routines, including dining and personal care, while maintaining a safe and orderly living environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quiet, focused setting and takes pride in being a reliable presence for our community during the night hours.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist with preparing and updating resident service plans
- check_circleRespond to resident call bells and alarms within the scope of practice
- check_circleAssist residents with dining, tray delivery, and nourishment between meals
- check_circleMaintain resident rooms, support centers, and living areas in a neat and orderly appearance
- check_circleUse equipment properly, keeping it clean and in the proper place
- check_circleMentor new aides in specific areas of job training
- check_circleServe as liaison between families, nursing staff, and social services to meet resident needs
- check_circleObserve and report vital signs, abnormal conditions, and changes to the Team Leader
- check_circleProvide hands-on care to residents as outlined in their service and support plans
Requirements
