In addition to a comprehensive retail training program that develops consultative sales skills, the Supervisor receives specialized leadership training focused on branch operations. This includes mastering essential procedures for opening and closing the branch, as well as developing strategies to make informed business decisions that prioritize both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
As a risk manager, every employee at Dollar Bank is accountable for understanding, reporting, and managing the risks encountered daily.
